• Provides services for becoming a business in the state of Arkansas.

• Provide services for entrepreneurship development.

• Provide services for developing Overburden, Underserved, Socially Disadvantaged, Low-to-Moderate Income, Distressed Businesses.

• Provide services for enhancing and growing Overburden, Underserved, Socially Disadvantaged, Low-to-Moderate Income, Distressed business to the national or Internal level.

• Assist in completing documentation, provide technical support and guidance to Overburden, Underserved, Socially Disadvantaged, Low-to-Moderate Income, Distressed, for responding to RFPs, finding capital, marketing, contract negotiations and accessing opportunities that would help them start a business, enable their existing business grow, or purchase a home.

• Workshops for community residents on financial literacy, resume preparation, interview skills, etc.

​​

• Training and educational seminars to help non‐profit organizations to sustain their business model.
