Payment Refunds: Card and ACH payments may be refunded after the payment has been authorized.
ACH Payments:
a. ACH payments must settle before a refund may be submitted. The standard wait to refund is a 2-business day minimum.
b. ACH refunds processed by BCDCCA prior to 2PM CST will settle the next business day.
Card Payments:
a. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to fully settle.
