The Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce share’s several Board members from the Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce of Arkansas.
MISSION
The purpose of the Organization shall be to enable, and inform the Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed communities’ capitalism and establish access to capitalization, and thru capitalization create generational wealth, and increase Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed businesses and home ownerships, and provide various medium of communication to educate our message and perform charitable purposes to achieve our goal.
The Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce shall achieve this goal, with technical support, procurement processes, networking, and distribution of information to Black owned businesses as the Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed community. The main vehicle of disseminating information concerning this purpose is through the Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce website, various mediums of communication, informative pamphlets and the Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed community, through electronic communication and mass marketing. Each step and task is directed by our Strategic, Tactical, and Operational plans.
The Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit and shall operate exclusively and abides by the rules And meaning of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.
