The Black Community Development Empowerment Fund is a 501(c)3. The Black Community Development Empowerment Fund share’s several Board members from the Black Community Development and Chamber of Commerce of Arkansas.

The Black Community Development Empowerment Fund, BCDEF, is organized exclusively, to enable, and inform, the Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed communities with capitalism and establish access to capitalization, for such purposes, the Fund is empowered to raise and receive money and other property by gift, devise, and other legal means and to expand and contribute the funds so raised and does all things necessary or desirable to carry out the purpose set forth in BCDEF By-laws.

 

The Organization shall have no capital stock and shall be operated solely for charitable purposes and for the furthering of the economic development of Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed owned businesses/communities and firms.

 

  • Black Community Development Empowerment Fund, BCDEF, will provide financial assistance, funding, loans, grants and other resources to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and communities develop

  • BCEF will connect business owners, individuals, and communities, with people who can help them. 

  • BCEF will provide educational tools to help business owners, communities, and citizens

  • BCEF will partner with Non-profits for the betterment of Business and communities.

 

MISSION                                                                                                                                                         The Black Community Development Empowerment Fund, BCDEF will be a principal advocate and the preeminent leader in fostering economic success for Overburden, Underserved, Social Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed business community in the State of Arkansas.

 

VISION                                                                                                                                                             Our vision is to serve as the leading advocate in the State of Arkansas for Overburden, Underserved, Socially Disadvantaged, Low to Moderate Income and Distressed owned companies in Business Development, Wealth Creation and Economic Empowerment.
